Lean Management Workshop - February 4, 2016
What: CCV’s Lean Management workshop is designed to provide the participants with an introduction to Lean management and to convey the key skills and perspectives associated with this concept. It will provide you with “outside the box” solutions to do more with less. How can you and your organization create processes that need less human effort, less space, less capital and less time to offer your services at far less costs? Mr. Yvan Denis Levesque will facilitate this interactive day-long workshop for us, adapted to non-profit organizations’ realities.
